ROV Tooling Technician Grade II
Job Summary:
A Tooling Technician Grade II is regarded as someone conversant in one or more of the following types of system:
- Electrical
- Hydraulic
- Electronic
- Mechanical
The only competence assessed at Tooling Technician Grade II is the ability to perform activities in a safe manner in accordance with legislative and operating company requirements.
Entry Level Specifications:
- Valid and current offshore medical certificate that is acceptable in the region of the world in which they are employed
- Valid and current offshore survival certificate that is acceptable in the region of the world in which they are employed
- Suitable academic qualification in an appropriate engineering or offshore discipline
- Minimum of three years experience in a suitable engineering discipline
- Has undertaken an appropriate induction course meeting the criteria in IMCA document R002
