Christmas Operational Hours

Please note the MTCS offices will be closed from 4pm (UK Time) on Wednesday 24th December until 9am (UK Time) on Friday 2nd January.
Please be aware that no certification can be issued during this period.

MTCS Online will remain accessible to all registered users during this period and services will still be available to purchase. Evidence can be submitted online for verification, however, please note that actual verifications will commence from Friday 2nd January 2025 onwards.

Any candidates who have submitted evidence during the holiday period, should receive feedback from a verifier by 16th January 2026 at the latest.
